Sologrip III

The Sologrip III is an intuitive, lightweight fiberoptic system used to deliver precise bursts of Holmium:YAG laser energy from the Solargen 2100s laser console directly to an area of ischemic myocardium through a small incision. The Sologrip III delivery system provides an exclusive soft tip and 360-degree tip rotation to ensure improved access to the myocardium while providing tactile feedback. This single use device is designed for one-handed operation, ensuring accurate fiber advancement and control.

(Port Enabled Angina Relief with Laser) Minimally Invasive TMR Delivery Systems

The PEARL 5.0 is a flexible, fiberoptic delivery system which enables surgeons to deliver TMR therapy through small ports (5mm or larger) in a closed-chest, robotically assisted technique utilizing the da Vinci® Surgical System**. The goal of this advanced surgical tool is to provide a completely endoscopic, robotically assisted platform for TMR which can lead to reduced procedure morbidity and shorten hospital stays for the patient. The PEARL 5.0 utilizes high durometer materials and is reinforced at the “gripping points” to withstand maximum manual and robotic controlled instrument push forces.

The PEARL 8.0 delivery system combines a deflectable distal section and an adjustable “straightening” tube into one innovative surgical tool, allowing the delivery of TMR therapy through an 8mm thoracoport. Along with the robotically assisted delivery system, the PEARL 8.0 is designed to reduce recovery times for patients while providing the same improved long term survival and enduring angina benefit as the gold standard Sologrip III delivery system.

The PHOENIX Revascularization Delivery System is the latest product advancement from Cardiogenesis combining Ho:YAG laser therapy and the application of therapeutic biologics in treating heart disease.
